What we collect, and what we don't.
Short version: we collect what you type into the contact form, plus anonymous traffic statistics. We don't sell anything to anyone, and you can have it all deleted by asking.

When you submit the contact form we receive the name, phone number, email address and any notes you entered. That's it — we don't ask for anything else and we don't infer anything else.
We use it for one purpose: to reply to you about your website and, if you become a client, to run the project. We keep enquiries for up to 24 months so we can pick up a conversation you started last year, then delete them. Client records are kept as long as we're legally required to keep business records.
Form submissions are delivered through Formspree, which passes them to our inbox. Traffic statistics are processed by Google Analytics. Those two companies process data on our behalf under their own terms. Nobody else receives your details — we do not sell, rent, share or trade them, and we don't add you to any marketing list you didn't ask to join.
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. It sets cookies and records a truncated version of your IP address. We use it to understand traffic in aggregate, never to identify individuals. You can opt out entirely with Google's browser add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser — the site works fine either way. We set no advertising or tracking cookies of our own.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted — and we'll do it, without asking why. Email team@venturicreative.com and we'll confirm within a few days. Depending on where you live you may also have rights under the GDPR or the CCPA; we honour those requests regardless of where you are.
The twelve concept sites in our Previous Work section are designs we built to show what we can do. The businesses in them are invented — the names, prices, reviews and phone numbers are not real, and no real company's work is shown there. Nothing on those pages collects any data; their forms and buttons don't submit anywhere.
If we change how we handle data we'll update this page and change the date at the top. We won't start using information we already hold for a new purpose without asking you first.
